PWP provides certified healthcare navigators that assist clients with the ability to have a better understanding of healthcare coverage options, eligibility, and enrollment forms. All our navigators provide an unbiased approach when helping clients.
PWP Social Workers
Our Resource Center provides clients with a license Social Workers that can
assist individuals with multitude of issues chronic illness patients face , which can improve mental, emotional and behavioral health issues while managing a disease.
