Patience With Patients of America is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to educate, advocate and empower patients diagnosed with a chronic illness and short term disabilities. We focus on the implementation of specified patient education, proper care management, and self- advocacy. Many patients are diagnosed with life changing diseases that can alter the individuals ability to effectively attain there life goals and aspirations.
